Is waxing permanently remove the hair from a certain area? New hair will not grow back in the previously waxed area for three to five weeks, although some people will start to see regrowth in only a week depending on that person’s hair growth cycle.

Yes and no. It’s basically the same thing but Brazilian waxing goes beyond the bikini line that is the genital region including the strands along the vagina lips and in your ‘behind’. You may even opt to leave a triangle or landing strip of hair on top, or you can go fully bare.
